Used every last drop.... (Air Sculpt & Hip Flip)

Just after 3 weeks.

Hello all!

No more pain, just started sitting really, which was weird but so missed. I’m still worried I’m going to lose even more fat… the sale from the front is no longer there but I do till see it from the back fortunately.

All of my openings are healed over and look like freckles or scars so tiny nobody would notice!

There’s a very very good chance that I will do this again someday when I have more fat available, because the process was just so easy..

I still have tiny amounts of bruising, but either-wise that’s it!

I think your results are fantastic! How are you feeling about it now?
Curious how you feel about it now that some time passed? I have little fat but am considering the up a cup transfer.
Hi! You say after 3 weeks? My doctor recommended 4-6 but I am honestly dying to sit. Can you let me know if it impacted results? I feel like every doctor says something different….

One week post op

The soreness is specific to the fat transfer areas currently. I feel it when I sleep and when I wake up the most, and it’s only in the hips mainly where all of the fat was placed. I am not sure but maybe it’s the feeling of the lumps softening? As they seam to be a bit? Not sure.
It may be just my eyes but I feel like I’m losing shape already, especially from the front. Still more than it was of course - but really have hoped that more would stay. I suppose we will see in a few months :/
Bruising is fine, not great lol extra dark purple spots I’m noticing but all healing really fast now that I’m combining it with arnica cream since my wounds closed.
Wondering if anyone else has felt the tingly-pain-soreness in the area fat was transferred?

I'm curious to know if you feel like this procedure was worth it? I've been wanting this done but wasn't sure if the fat would stick and it would be a waste of time and money.
Hi @carolyn87 - I'm mixed to be honest. If more fat survived I'd say it was 100% worth it, even with the extreme cost. However I just didn't have enough clearly... and likely won't have enough to try again for quite sometime. It's harder for petite individuals to get the best result. If you have enough fat to go multiple times, it's worth it on the long run I think. It's something I'll likely consider doing again after having kids. It wasn't cheap, but the healing process and experience was just so easy it makes it easy to consider saving up for again once I know I have enough fat.
Thank you for your reply. I'm petite as well but I definitely have more fat than you since I had two kids. I think your body looks amazing already but definitely after you have kids you will have more fat. Lol
Thank you so much! My biggest thing was wanting curves/a more feminine shape. I've always been broader up top from years of gymnastics and zero hips, and truly hated it. I will likely try to do it again when I am in a position to do so! Good luck in your decision!!
Thank you!
You just need to feed the fat high protein fish good fat that will help
How long did you gauze the open ones? I’m 5 days post and have two still open

I am functioning pretty normal at this point, a bit sore feeling - any soreness has been muscular feeling, like a super kick a** workout. The hardest part has been not being able to sit
I’m not even really taking the ibuprofen anymore, only maybe at night if I get some lower back pain from only sleeping on my stomach.
Bruising is getting powerful lol I was hoping my vitamed pack would truly helped a bit more - but maybe I was unrealistic lol I think it has in my over all healing since I feel great!
On day 3, I exchanged for just gauze over the openings and on my sower today I decided to leave them open - as they’re mostly all closed anyway. Overall I think I had like 8-10 openings?
Open for any questions as well - just want to help.
This is my current day 5 bruising and entry points.

I have the same issue, muscular boyish build. I'm impressed at your results. What is a hip flip?
A hip flip is almost a mini bbl? But they take the fat and put it in your hips, to accentuate your hips and fill in any hip-dips. I didn't have enough fat for a full bbl, but I desperately wanted hips - and they wound up having a tiny bit of fat left over and put it in the tops of my butt as well! The best move I've made I think!
Can you say how much it cost and how long the process was from start to finish? I live over 5 hours away from any office and I’m debating if the the cost and process and travel is really worth it
