Found Some More Before Pics

WORTH IT
I found some more before pictures (the ones I sent to Airsculpt pre-procedure, actually) and wanted to upload alongside some more "afters" I took yesterday. Feeling good, though I do notice some of the swelling around my hips has further dissipated and I'm smaller. I miss being super thick! But the shape remains.

Six Weeks Post Op

Just popping in to give an update and share some pictures now that I'm six weeks out. The nurse I spoke with at 5 weeks says all the fat that's going to stick has, at this point, stuck. So it's really just swelling that remains and will continue to gradually decrease over time. I've stopped using my BBL pillow and am sleeping fairly normally now, which is SUCH a relief/return to normality. And overall, I'm really happy with the results. My only thing is that my butt doesn't have the projection I'd like, which is more noticable to me now that my hips are fuller if that makes sense. I'm looking into doing sculptra, radiesse or renuva for volume in the next month or so, but will also start donkey kicking and squatting to help even that part out. It really only bothers me when I'm completely naked. Otherwise, I feel like my butt looks fuller in clothes and bikinis. So it's just a minor thing I want to tweak, but generally, I'm happy! Feeling sexy and proportional!

Where was the AirSculpt? You look great.
Oops! I didn't see the earlier updates. Got it now.
Tysm!
Dies this procedure hurt
Please see my earlier posts. The recovery is really painful for about a week post op.
Yes I see. What did you take for pain.
Ibuprofin. They give you a shot of demerol pre-operation that lasts a while. But once it wears off around day two post op, the pain is bad. It's also primarily nerve related, which doesn't respond well to pain killers so you sort of have to be prepared to just muscle through it. By the end of week one, it was greatly improved. I would plan to take at least a week off work, regardless of what the Airsculpt marketing people say.
You look amazing! Do you remember how many cc of fat they were able to extract? I have the same BMI as you and am so worried they won’t have enough fat for my hip flip :(
Ahhh tysm. Today I was feeling a bit blue, wishing I'd gotten a full BBL (I wrote this earlier, but I would totally have done so if I'd realized the hip flip down time was basically the same) so your little note here cheered me up. I've heard from a bunch of doctors that I had enough fat for a BBL so....I think typically they can find enough for the hips, even if you're skinny! For me, I *think* the doctor put 350 ccs on each side? I'm pretty. sure I heard him. say that during the. procedure but. I was pretty high. They do overfill, knowing that about 40 percent of the fat will reabsorb....hope this helps!
Thank you so much for the detailed response! I am hoping my results look like yours!!

Incision Sites, Five Weeks

I started sleeping on my back and being less uptight about sitting and stuff. It gives me anxiety about losing fat. but also, it's really nice to get back to sleeping normally. Someone asked in the comments. on my last post about incision sites. I'm attaching images taken. today, at. five weeks. They're. definitely bigger than a. freckle....more like a. pea. But I. think they'll disappear in time and. frankly, they're still. small enough not to bother. me.

They did a good job hopefully all patents get the same amount of care also did you get your abdomen an chest done as well ?
Nope, just my love handles and legs. I didn't want to risk getting lumps on my abdomen. I do wish it were flatter but now that I've been through the recovery period I also feel like the pain in that area would have been a lot.
Based on your last comment, did the doctor mention lumps at all to you? Like what causes it? I'm thinking about getting this procedure done now. I am getting married in September at the end of the month, do you think if I got it in June (I also have my implant revision with dr. Kim on June 8th!) that I'd have plenty of recovery time still based on your own experience?
Yes! I feel like you'd have time but not sure about bundling an implant revision with airsculpt? You have to sleep on your tummy after a hip flip, which would be sort of impossible post implant revision.
hi! Love your results! Thanks for posting all this.
I’m thinking of doing a hip flip. They say you can start working out again at 4-5weeks post op. Does that sound reasonable to you based on your experience?
yes!
How are your results now?
I'm going in tomorrow and want to know
