Traumatized — Please Read Before Booking

I had my AirSculpt procedure done at the San Diego location with Dr. Raja, and my experience was extremely painful and unsafe. Despite repeatedly telling the doctor that I was feeling sharp pain during the procedure, he insisted that I shouldn’t feel anything and that the numbing “works in six seconds.” I even had to ask him to stop at one point because the pain was unbearable.

Then, in the middle of the procedure, he realized that something wasn’t right, the cannula (the tool used for the procedure) had broken inside my body. He had to make a large incision to retrieve it, completely going against AirSculpt’s promises of “tiny incisions and minimal downtime.”

As a registered nurse and professional model, I chose AirSculpt specifically to avoid scarring and heavy anesthesia. Instead, I was left with a significant incision, scarring, pain, and a longer recovery that has affected my health and career.

What hurt even more was how dismissive the team felt afterward ,they quickly moved on to their next patient, offering very little concern.
I’m writing this review to warn others: do your research before trusting this company with your body. This San Diego office was a nightmare. I’m genuinely heartbroken that I spent thousands of dollars hoping for safety and precision, only to walk away with pain, scars, and regret. I'm seeking lega action.
