Expensive, Mediocre Results

$20,000
I would like to preface my review by letting everyone know this is a long read. I also plan to provide updates w/pictures after my post op appt. Please excuse any typos. ..
Virtual consultation experience was great. Had to pay $1,000 (towards total cost) to make an appt for the actual procedure.
Areas Airsculpted: hips, lower ab, upper ab, waist, lower back, upper arms, chin, jowls, neck, and back bra rolls.
Total cost for all the lipo was $20k+. I was told discounts were applied bc I wanted several areas touched.
It is worth noting my friend had the same procedure/areas, but in a different state. Only one foam pad was provided to me (friend was given more than one). I was instructed to use it for my from abdomen area. Total of 3 compression garments (face/head, top for the arms, and side opening bottoms) were also provided.
The compression garment top seemed OK for my arms. I had plenty of breathing/wiggle room. Guess my understanding/expectation of what a "compression garment" is/was a bit disconnected from the reality of what was provided. Also, it didn't feel like there was much compression/support for my back bra rolls.. .. at all.. .I plan to ask why I still have back bra rolls and when will I be able to start seeing results.
The bottom compression garment left an unnatural ring (indentation) around the top area of my abdomen. Again, friend was provided w/a much different compression garment bottom. Called the office to discuss some concerns and the compression garment being described to me was NOT the one I was provided (and wearing). After a moment of awkward silence, the discussion continued.
I now have two new, well-defined back rolls. That is, two on both sides of my back. I imagine I will be told that this is just "swelling" and that results can take up to 6+ months. ...or something similar. Again, these concerns about the new fat rolls will be discussed during my upcoming appt.
If you're considering getting your upper arms done, recommend asking about the under arm area. Look at the stock photos on the inet. We all seem to have some extra (or leftover) skin near the armpit area (visible from the back). Maybe that area costs extra. .. maybe it's a matter of "technique".. . Maybe it's that "underarm" area. Either way, please be aware that you will be left w/extra (and unwanted) skin (more prominent when looking at the back) if you do pay for your upper arms.
My lower back seems to be just as smooth as it was before. Didn't even realize/think it was needed bc I was more focused/concerned on my "love handles". That focus/concern on my "love handles" has intensified since my procedures bc they are still very much there and very noticeable. My compression garment didn't seem to provide much compression support, nor was I provided a foam pad for this area. This will also be a point of discussion during my upcoming appt.
My chin/neck/jowls areas. .. maybe my "expectations" need calibration. I have a small bump underneath the middle part of my chin which is fine - out of sight, out of mind). Surprisingly, there is very little difference between my before and "after" pictures (variety of pictures taken at different times using the same pose). Also, it appears as though one side is slightly more defined than the other side. Meaning I can see my jawline on one side better than I can the other. Something that wasn't mentioned was that the neck area will have smaller, tube looking indentations during the recovery process. I didn't think about and wasn't aware of until after the fact. Luckily, they do eventually go away.
The recovery was a bit painful. ..especially the first night. By the fourth day, the pain was much more manageable. The backs of my arms and lower back were the areas that seemed to hurt.
Highly recommend buying large, absorbent pads to replace the ones they give you after the procedure is complete. Careful on the first night. .. blood might leak through a bit while you sleep.
My first shower did sting when the water touched the entry areas. Felt very similar to getting an open wound wet.
It is worth noting that all of the aforementioned areas were done on the same day. While I know/understand I'm not a medical professional, I can't help but feel that minimal fat was removed.
The Airsculpt website mentions 2-3 areas can be done during the same visit. My friend's areas were separated into two different days in the same week.
It was interesting being awake for the procedure the entire time. My doc seemed to take his time, ensuring PLENTY of numbing fluid was used.
NSFW Content: I was able to watch the clear canister fill up throughout the entire procedure. The 'stuff' that filled the clear canister looked to be mostly red. .. blood turned red. . Right? Maybe there was just a lot blood attached to the fat that was removed. I vividly recall seeing some substance(s) mixed in the container that seemed more solid than the blood and fluids removed. I really hope that was something other than fat. If it was fat, I can say with 100% certainty that more fluids were removed.
Based on my results today, I probably would not pay for Airsculpt again. Sure, it was a neat experience being awake throughout the entire procedure.. . I was there for results. .. results I'm still waiting to see.
Keeping an open mind, I'm hoping my questions/concerns will be addressed during my upcoming (3 month) post op visit.

What city are you in?
Not to be a jerk, but I prefer to answer this question, as well as any others, after my post op visit. I'll also upload pix to better share my experience.
Try getting some lymphatic massage with ultrasound and infrared. That helped improve my results. Especially on my back. Hoping things get better! Hang in there.
Thank you. I'll give it a try. I actually specifically asked the doc about needing to get massages. He said, "nooooo. .. not at all"
Where did you go for the procedure?
I’m experiencing pretty much what you’ve described. I wonder how your results are now? I’m almost 4 months out and feel like I look pretty much the same and there was zero weight loss (if they suck out 10 pounds of fat, how is that even possible?!?). Have a follow up appt in a couple weeks.
