Three Weeks Post Procedure
It’s been three weeks post my full abdominal Airsculpting procedure. The swelling and hardness has significantly improved. I’ve had two lymphatic massages and diet modifications. I definitely make healthier food choices and do mild exercises taught by the massage therapist. This has made a significant difference. I can definitely see a great difference in my body contour. The procedure is not for the faint at heart. Dr Perkins continues to be a great inspiration throughout this process. If anyone is considering this procedure you must trust the process. The scars are healed but I still have some mild swelling that continues to subside. I’m very modest and I will willingly provide my three month follow up photos to Elite to ensure that this procedure does produce desired results.
Dr Perkins Has the Best Bedside Manner!
I’m 11 days post procedure. Dr Perkins’ bedside manner is impeccable! I had a full abdominal Airsculpture. He explained everything he was going to do. The nurse was a travel nurse from Atlanta. I don’t remember her name but she was amazing too. My prep went smooth. I followed the instructions pre and post procedure and that’s important. I’m a nurse and I didn’t assumed that I knew anything about Airsculpting or the process. I received my medication: Xanax, anti nausea and a Demerol shot. I was awake and very relaxed. I had an inhaler with laughing gas so if I became uncomfortable, I controlled my comfort level. Dr Perkins asked what kind of music I liked and I chose Earth Wind and Fire. September was the first song I heard; but I don’t remember anything else. I have videos of the procedure while he was numbing injecting lidocaine pain relief. It looks painful so I won’t post but you are awake and aware of everything going on without pain. I do suggest that you get a lymphatic massage as soon as your doctor says it’s ok. I got lymphatic massage on day 10. I developed some lumps and hard tissue so it was necessary. Amazingly after the first massage, the lumps subsided. It is not predictable how your body responds but it’s important to be proactive on your after care. Dr Perkins is always available via text message for feedback with any concerns. He’s very professional and provides encouraging feedback. Patience is a virtue and from the looks of my results so far, I believe I’ll be satisfied. I’ll follow up with an update.
