Almost exactly 5 months post op, still loving my results. The elbow and back incision scars are still visible but look like a mole to most ppl. The armpit incision holes are completely healed now. Still treating them with scar gel every day. Still happy with my decision and considering other areas of treatment for the fall :)

Range of Motion Limited
One thing that I wasn’t prepared for was the limited range of motion. I know my body is still healing but it feels weird to not extend arms up or move freely lol. I’m working on daily massages, morning an night, along w stretching them as far as it’s comfortable for several minutes. Still feel the tissues healing w hard lumps as well. I hit hit two weeks post op yesterday and bruising is almost all gone. Back bra roll area feels warm to the touch sometimes I think it’s just my body healing from the trauma. I’m still happy w my decision to have the procedure. I can tell my little armpit fat “nuggets” are pretty much non-existent. Arms already smaller but still swollen IMO. Back rolls gone but still swollen in a few area as well.

I wish I had done my back with my arms in Dec. Yours looks SO good! I love my arms but at the top where my back and arms lay is still fatty so it makes my arms still look bigger. I'm going for inner thighs so I'm going to ask about that and maybe do back, bra band and hip rolls next.
Great results! Who was your surgeon?

Thanks so much for this post! I’ve been looking into potentially safer and more natural alternatives to traditional fat graphing.
You're welcome. I read a million reviews before moving forward and wanted to pass it along. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
Looks great! Thanks for sharing :) I might have my back area done as well but worried about the scarring/bruising. Where are the incision sites?
I'm glad I did the back fat rolls. For some reason I have two little scar dots on one side and three on the other. The top one is close to the armpit so it's hard to see when your arms are down. The other ones are about 6 inches down and then the third 6 inches further down the sides of the back. I'll try to upload some photos soon! For the armpit fat removal the two holes healed the best and are hard to see on the front side on the corner of the armpit. The last two holes are on each elbow. I think it will take some time for the scars to look less visible so I'm trying to stay on top of using scar gel.
