How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

Happy in end

Overall, I am happy with the outcome. Dr Rossi explained everything and Monica is very kind and helpful. I think if you have reasonable expectations, it is worth it. I’m super happy with the results of my arms and love handles.
I would recommend

Updating until 6 months appt

I’m updating this review, Monica called me from their office, going to discuss with doctor and go from there. I definitely feel heard and glad they are willing to address concerns. I will revise after 6 month appt in August.

Not Recommended for Bigger Sizes

I’m only writing about my specific results. A lot of the before and afters in people my size had better results. I researched heavily and found mostly positive reviews before opting with air sculpt. I spent nearly double what other places charged, and I do regret that.

I think my doctor was great honestly. I really liked him and felt like he did the best he could. I don’t have anything negative to say about him. I just don’t love my results. I spent $21,000. I did my arms, armpit, back roll, love handles, upper and lower abdomen. My arms I’m 100% happy with, if I’d only done that procedure I would be very happy with my results. I feel like I had realistic expectations that I was NOT going to walk away “thin”. But for the money spent, I was just hoping for better results. I feel like in some ways my back looks worse, my bra roll is still significant and I have strange lumpiness in my back. The composition of my stomach has changed, not that it’s smaller, but the lower abdomen looks heavier than before. I think the armpits were a complete waste of money, I was kind of talked into that by the scheduler and listened to that advice, but truly feel armpits was a pointless procedure. I’m actually not even positive there’s ANY results in that area at all.

The procedure itself is definitely not painless, I had significant pain for weeks, at my 3 month post op there’s still definitely soreness that doesn’t go away. I can live with it, but it’s definitely sore still. I have a high pain tolerance but I’d describe the procedure as relatively traumatic. I would however do my arms again to achieve the results I did.

I think this procedure is good for smaller people looking to remove small areas of fat. Although many of the before and after of mid size or heavier show drastic results, I did not get that. My back roll area has probably the least results, as you can see from photos, I feel lumpy and strange. Overall, I regret going into debt for these results. I wish I had done only my arms and nothing else.

I will likely (once I’ve paid this $21,000 loan off) seek other options to hopefully get a little better results.

Again, I have no issues with doctors or staff, I think many people can get good results, I just did not. It looks like most people do get great results from this procedure, I’m just not one.
