Location: Charlotte, NC - Dr. Crawford
Procedure: Full Abdomen, Pubic (he did bra back fat roll for free to make look even and smooth)
Day of Procedure: (Thursday, 3/23) Fairly painless but there were a few painful moments as he did the rib area below my breasts. Just sucked it up though and wasnt painful enough to say anything / cry etc.
Day 2: Sore Sore Sore but manageable. Was able to do my thirty minutes of slow slow cardio on the treadmill to get my movement, worked from laptop which required me standing for several hours with no pain at all. Changed out my pads which were soaking wet and replaced them with the new ones the best i could. Mostly all the wetness and blood was above the pubic area.
Day 3: HOLY HELL day 3 was worse than day 2 in terms of tenderness and soreness. Walking like a granny throughout the house. Havent been too keen on the Ibuprofin 800 but take when I go to bed for comfort. Had one bowel movement towards end of day.
Day 4: (Sunday, 3/26) - Not as bad as day 3 but still awful. This day i was laid up the most i would say while still achieving slow and steady movement / standing for a good portion of it. Ate some high fiber snacks and got bowel movement a few times throughout the day which was awesome and a relief to the tummy. This was also shower day - BEWARE - it isnt pretty. Took off pads to what felt like a murder scene .. incision above pubic was still leaking/bleeding... every other hole seemed fine. I was also shock ed how sick i felt when i was out of the garment and in the shower - holy balls.
* I waited for 72 hours to shower to increase healing and plus I did not sweat or feel 'dirty'.
Day 5 and Day 6 feeling much better - easier to move around and actually looking forward to the walks.
Additional Notes: I have been eating super clean for the most part (lots of fatty fish, avocados, veggies, minimal starches, eggs, and isagenix isalean meal replacement shakes) Taking Arnica 3x daily and drinking plenty of Tumeric/Ginger teas and a probiotic at night).
Happy to field any questions I can! Thanks!
Will attach photos in the comments.

One Week Post Op Update
Sociable694651April 4, 2023
One week post up and swelling has gone down a ton and i am surprisingly not gaining any weight (mind you i have been eating hella healthy while i cant workout). While I know the garment is covering up my lower abdomen in the after photo, there is still a significant pooch but i know that is just bc of swelling and hoping that goes down soon too. Overall, very satisfied so far.
