So Far, So Good

WORTH IT
I had AirSculpt completed June 1st by Dr. Crawford at the Charlotte office. So far, there have been no disappointments! I was definitely out of my comfort zone, but Dr. Crawford and his staff were very professional, yet down to earth and easy to talk to. Everything was fully explained and my questions answered.
Procedure - had the Mommy Make-over (upper and lower abs, waist, flanks and added pelvic. I also had an Up-a-Cup. There were a couple times I would describe as uncomfortable in my mid-section and the only part that I really felt was the Up-a-Cup. Before Dr. Crawford hit any potential sensitive areas, he told me and even when things were uncomfortable, I just took deep breaths with the laughing gas and I was good to go. I was extremely shocked about the minimal pain of this procedure.
Recovery - I am 72 hours out and the process has its uncomfortable moments, but nothing unbearable. I have sneezed, coughed and laughed until I cried and it didn’t really hurt. I was ready for my shower yesterday! My flank hole is still seeping some but all holes (7) look to be heeling. The shoulder straps of the body suit hurt the most. I will say we had confusion on replacing and adding pads the first day. I probably stayed in wet pads longer than I needed to.
Current results - I am swollen still, but my lower baby patch is gone! I’m happy with what I see so far. I do have minimal bruising. Most is in my pubic area where there isn’t really compression. It’s ok though. My breast are great!! Still swollen and will go down some more, but very even and Dr. Crawford fixed exactly what he said he would.
Overall, very please and looking forward to continued healing. No current pics. I’ll add comparisons as I get further along.

1-Week Comparison
slpatterso21June 24, 2022
Here is my one week comparison. I’m very happy with the results. I’m a little over 3-weeks now. Still happy. I wore a bikini for the first time in years and felt great! I’m still sore/numb in some spots, but all manageable. I had very little, to no bruising. Arnica was a great choice to keep that in check. I started the pills about a week before and I’m a believer. Using gel now because swelling isn’t near as bad.

Puppy pads and soft cotton period pads. I needed a few more after I had used the ones they gave. You will leak and first 24 hours are a little gross. I think I misunderstood the directions too at first. Once a pad is soaked, carefully take it out a replace. You’ll definitely feel better! I mainly leaked from the holes on each flank. Try to keep suit dry, but probably won’t happen. I used damp rag to semi remove nastiness. I would ask for 2nd suit. All they can tell you is no. It’s hard after first 24-hours to keep off only an hour and wash. I hand washed a lot. Use the pad they give you for an area. It also helps with bruising. The first shower is AMAZING!!! Stay ahead on meds, especially first 3-4 days. That’s about it. It really wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I had some mild discomfort. I’m still a little sore, but getting better.
GOOD LUCK!!!

I’m still some sore, but more pain gone. Stomach has some tender spots. My results have been great!!! I am not disappointed at all!! I’ll see if it will let me post my before and one week comparison. My only current concern is that I believe one of my breast has gone down more than the other. My husband says he doesn’t see it, but it seems that way to me.
