I have always had a pooch no matter what weight I was. I always hated it about my body. The process itself was pretty painless. The worst part was the numbing with the needles. After that it didn’t hurt. Dr. Perkins and the staff were extremely professional. I didn’t know how much pain I’d be in afterwards but only took extra strength Tylenol and spent the night out out to dinner then site seeing in NYC. I was fine walking around and everything. Was done with my procedure around 4 and went out from 4-11pm. Today I’m barely sore. Took my first shower today and can already see a flat stomach. Even felt well enough to drive my friend & myself the 45 min ride home from NYC

How bad were the numbing needles? Could they give nitrous oxide before this?

They do not before they numbing but just a pinch. I mean if you asked maybe they could before. I didn’t need it and didn’t even use the oxys after just Tylenol.

What areas did you get upper/lower abdomen, flanks, above tailbone? I have an appt with Dr Perkins soon - I am terrified about my skin laxity - what if it doesnt shrink back?

I got the upper and lower abs. He did an Amazing job. I was scared too but so happy I did it

Day 4 and doing well. More bruised than before but feeling fine. Took no time off from work at all. I’ve been walking and able to do thing around the house. I’ll keep milestone updates because that is what helped me decide if this was the right choice for me

Going great. My family and friends think I look amazing and healing has been easy. I’m able to do anything. Didn’t take anytime off from
Work and can’t wait to Workout again. Healing was very easy for me.
