Worth It, but Took a Long Time to Get Results
My practicionaer warned me about the collagen bumps I’d have post treatment, but I had NO idea how severe they’d look and for sooo long. It was about 9 weeks before I felt like I looked normal, so the recovery is not great. After the bumps went away I did like the reduction in puffiness under my eyes but I felt like I traded puffiness in for excessive wrinkles under my eyes. My skin looked thin and old. It was horrible. At around the 12 week mark the skin tightened a bit and the wrinkles looked better. I’d say I’m happy with the result, but if you are over 40 (I’m 40) I’d def say a blephroplasty is a better procedure. You’ll get rid of bags, tighten the skin, and have less downtime than the Agnes believe it or not.
