Tretinoin ruined my skin - after 2 uses

Anyone else had anything like this? All dermd say not possible BUT, I used tretinoin twice, 6 days apart, 0.01%. After the second use I noticed a blue vein under my eye (I used it nowhere near eyes) then my skin burnt and stung for 3.5 months. During which I could put nothing on it. It pretty much felt thinner from week 2. It's like it compromised my skins elasticity and my skin has not regenerated, infact it continues to get worse. Sagging, thin, it's like all structure underneath is gone. You couldn't make this up. Its destroyed all my confidence.

Yes. At 31 years old I started a skin routine. Ended up using tretinoin and literally over night I had skin damage. Stupidly started again a year later with even worse results. The a year after that tried one more time with only myself to kick. Thinking if I try for long enough it will work. No, it did not. I'm now 35 years old and have terrible lines on my mouth sagging skin around my eyes and lines under my eyes. My pores on my forehead are huge and the lines deep there too. It's horrifying and wish I could sue.

Same, its ruined mine too. Sorry you're going through this. Wish I never used it. It's crazy how a couple uses of a product can cause this much damage.
