3 weeks post op and experiencing a lot of soreness and nerve pain this week. I hope that’s a sign things are moving right along. I haven’t seen much visual progress since 1 week post op. Hanging in there!

Today I felt a little discouraged that I haven’t progressed much since last week. I try and remind myself healing is a marathon, not a sprint. I have had much less muscle spasm incidents this week! So that is great news. My post op is next Thursday.
