Ethnic rhino - not satisfied with my results after 5 months

I am 5 months post-op within 5 or 6 months you should know how your nose is fully gonna look. There won't be a lot of change within your year mark. I wanna make an honest review for anyone interested to go out to Turkey to get a Rhinoplasty. My doctor was Dr. You (Yusuf Orhanucal) and I got my procedure on Oct 4th when I met him he was a sweet person, down to earth, genuine, and all above.
I will say currently I am not satisfied with my results. The reason I don't like my results is that Dr. You didn't take his time looking at my wish pics, maybe if he did I would have liked my results. I couldn't explain what I wanted to him without him, interrupting me. I choose him for my procedure because he had done a rhinoplasty on a girl who had a similar nose to my old one we both had wide bridges, droopy tips, and wide nostrils that flared out. I believe we had the same skin type because surgeons are big on thick skin, semi-mean between thick and thin skin, and then thin skin. My complete thoughts were if he can do a good job on her then he should be able to do the same because of how similar our noses were. My nose now looks better than it looked before it’s just not what I asked for. In my opinion, it’s very mediocre I was expecting more of what I wanted because I am paying out of pocket and Turkey surgeons are more aggressive as you get more for your money. American surgeons keep it very natural to minimal results at an expensive price.
After the procedure, he told me he was able to give me what I asked. When I look at the nose he gave me and my wish pics it's nothing similar. If you have an ethnic nose just don't expect the exact results you want. I feel like he’s picky when it comes to ethnic noses and not giving them what you want. But I adore his team of girls that work with him. During your stay, they always check up on you and make sure you're okay so sweet, down-to-earth people. Once you go back home you can still get in contact with the coordinators for any questions you have on Whatsapp. The only thing is it can take 3-5 days to get an answer, sometimes they don't answer, or they ignore you just keep that in mind. If you're deciding to go to Turkey do it at your own risk, do some research, and think about it because it comes with a lot. Do I feel like I wasted my money absolutely and his prices are only going up so please make smart choices when making this decision? Dr. You is a great doctor but I just don’t think he did his best job with the results I wanted I've seen him do better on other people that had similar noses like mine and was still able to give them a smaller nose. I am getting a second procedure but not with Dr. You I'm sticking to where I live at. If I can tell someone please go to consultations where you live before deciding to go to another country.
