10 months since I got the nose job of my dreams I've wanted since a child. I love my face now I'm so glad I got rid of my pug nose I hate looking at old pictures!! finally going through with alar base reduction after lots of back and forth. my first surgeon preserved my ethnic flared nostrils but i really don't like it. excited for a subtle, balanced change that keeps my natural look but makes everything softer + more refined. i'm getting my implant revision sept 15 and am going to add nostril reduction to it as well. can't wait!
