Better Before picture
WORTH IT
2 weeks after my surgery I went out dancing, no swelling. So far it is healing well (I've been told). Still has surgical stitches, I can see the scars inside my nose because I go looking for them. I haven't suffered ridiculous swelling or uneven swelling. I am quite happy how far my healing has come! I send my required pictures back to Dr. Bora to keep the team posted. I did not take a wish pic to Dr. Bora because I wanted a smaller version of my nose :)

it looks good before and after...i think dr bora has done some amazing noses and is good at making the nose kook natural. i just arent really keen on my nse.im happy for you though
Tell him what you want then Hun. I said I wanted a natural look to balance my features and bring harmony to my face. If you would like something more structured, tell him my dear. You are the patient, you have the last say. Honestly, talk to him and say what you want, he will make his recommendations and then you can say ' well I want my slimmer nose with (whatever you want). He'll give you what you want :)
I did tell him. He refused to reduce nostrils as much as I wanted. Instead he upturned my nose. Didn't use any cartlidge.. My nose now looks like a round ball. Swelling was and is terrible... Tip us horrible.. I'm glad you are happy with your result but I am not.
I understand why you would feel upset. I wanted by base reduced and he didn't do it ( I did give the green light to do it if it would look better). When was your surgery?
4 months ago.....the bottom of th nose is horrible and has dropped...it looked better 2 month ago..the more it heals the worse it looks and the bigger it looks..its not botched or anything,its just doesnt look good..my skin looks even thicker than it did before.the surgery didnt ake the nse look slimer, he just changed the shape.
When you feel comfortable to share, inbox me your before and after photos. I appreciate all your explanations, I'm just a visual person. I rather comment on what you are seeing every day.
Can you post your nose so we can see it. I was considering Bora but I haven't really seen anyone with a similar nose.

I Am Mixed and Got an Ethnic Rhinoplasty by Dr Bora. He Should Be Your Number 1 Choice!
Lengthy review:
Dr. Bora Ok and Director Damla
On the day of my surgery, Damla greeted me and went over paperwork. She is exceptional, and we chatted on the best places to check out while I was visiting and ideas for souvenirs. Dr. Bora came in and got to work with making my face for surgery. We chatted about what I wanted and addressed the 2 areas of my nose. I asked Dr. Bora for professional advice, he believes in creating a nose natural as possible for his patients. Which is what I wanted, he took me in front of the mirror and simulated what a reduced based would look like. Thank God I gave Dr. Bora the green light to make his call when he is operating and that I TRUST his judgement because I did not like the look of base reduction on my face.
SIDE NOTE: I have read reviews about Dr. Bora being conservative in work. If you insist on wanting a European nose even after his professional advice. You will get what you want. However, as natural as possibleless drastic changes and if any issues occur after LIKE ANY OTHER SURGERY, there is a higher chance of it being resolved. So YES, I am a fan of what others consider conservative.
As I mentioned, my last words involved me saying these are my concerns and Dr. Bora I trust you to make the call. After the surgery, later on, that evening, Dr. Bora came in to check on me and go over what he did. He was friendly and excited about how the surgery went.
~My first reaction when I saw my reflection was panic, why do I look like a cute pig? Why can I see my nostrils, it wasn't like this before. Yes, you too will have a mini-episode, my friend. But it would be best if you gave it TIME and you won't regret it. So after 3 days of panic, I went in to get the splints removed. With the splints removed, I like my nose a little more. Then comes the removal of the cast, my swollen nose felt like it was the centre of attention, and it was. It was beautiful, everyone. I was so happy! Yes, it was huge, it was swollen, and the shape was perfect!. I am 11 days post-op, and I promise you the swelling will go down bit by bit. Some uneven swelling is to be expected as well. Give it time, it will take months before the final result.
For my surgery, part of it was recorded and submitted on his IG page for ethnic noses by Dr. Bora. No wonder why he was so excited :)
I am nowhere near the finish line in my recovery, but I am in love with his work. I spent 5 years researching doctors, and I am happy with Dr. Bora's work. So please be honest with what you want for your consultation with your doctor, ask him for his medical advice and then make your final decision on what you want. Whether you insist on your initial requests, listen to his advice or merge the two. I took his advice, and now I am in LOVE. I keep admiring myself.
ACADEMIC HOSPITAL
I interacted with four nurses, two were exceptional (his surgical assistant was AMAZING and has a bright future ahead of him!!! Thank you so much!). The other two were rough. The support workers 1 was terrific and the other rough. I was given a buzzer that did not work. Food was good, bed was comfy, the personal washroom was clean and tidy. I loved my room. Get European chargers.
VOLLEY HOTEL
Breakfast was good, food was excellent. The hotel does not allow who people to deliver food into the hotel, so meet him outside with cash. When you order pay attention to the estimated time, go downstairs and wait for him. The front will not allow him to deliver the food to you, much less in the lobby. You will play the waiting game for food.
End verdict- I am immensely happy with my choice, Dr. Bora is exceptional at this job. I was in great hands, and you will be too. The first few months are rough with swelling. Mild depression is associated with rhinoplasty, so be kind to yourself and be patient. I wanted a better version of my nose, and I got it. Thank you, Dr. Bora!!!!!!!!!!! People, if you are interested in a rhinoplasty, you are in great hands with Dr. Bora! :).
