Consultation review: A Little Left to Be Desired

This is for the consultation only. He was late to my consultation by almost 30 mins(26). It didnt bother me too much because i blocked out an hr to speak with him. The consultation lasted a whopping 9 mins and seemed rushed. He was very nice but i was disappointed about being rushed after you're late to my appointment that i waited over a month to have. He seemed to agree with everything i was saying which i kinda didnt like because it seemed like he was preoccupied with something else. Im a woman and know when a man is not listening haha. Then heres the kicker. He said he was looking at my pics but didnt say anything specific about them. A min later i hear *ding ding ding* this dude is in his car! Not in front of my pics smh. The next day i get an email and the quote is for 12k. Im confused because when i called about quotes she said it ranges from 7-8k. Im disappointed in my overall experience.
