I've always wanted a nose job since I was a young girl. I've always been afraid to get one, afraid of the what if! Not so much the pain because I have a high pain tolerance I've traveled all over to find the right surgeon for me. A board certified surgeon that has performed enough of African American rhinoplasties for my likings. I went to see my surgeon once before and he recommends an autogenous cartilage graft, and temporalis fascia graft which both kind of scared me. After my long search, I scheduled another consultation with him 3 years later which was Feb. 28, 2019. This go around he'll only use ear cartilage, which I was totally ok with. Before leaving my consultation I decided to schedule my surgery for April 1, 2019. I've loved his work for years, just too afraid to pull the trigger.

To be honest All went well no pain, just discomfort! The staff at this office is so amazing, and comforting. Dr. B did an amazing job at making me feel as if I was in great hands. My procedure was at 6:30a and I didn't sleep a lick the night before!

Little swelling and no black eyes. I'm using my ice-packs (Gloves) non-stop! My nose is still bleeding a little. I'm sleeping pretty much upright, which is very hard for me since I tend to sleep on my side, and with one pillow.
