Ethnic rhinoplasty

I’m looking to get an ethnic rhinoplasty done next year, I just want more definition, a narrower nose and smaller nostrils and to reduce the size of my bulbous tip but still keep my ethnic features. I’ve inserted my actual nose and a few pictures of my dream noses. I just want to see if what I’m asking for is achievable. I’ve found Dr. Bora seems great, Dr Tanveer Janjua and Dr Ghavami are great with ethnic rhinoplasty’s. All help would be greatly appreciated! I just don’t want anyone to make a mess of my nose.
