Wow i like it! You have a cute little button tip now. What exactly did he do for your revision? Did he augment your bridge? Can you post pictures of your profile view?
ORIGINAL POST
Ethnic Revision Rhinoplasty- UK

I will not go into too much detail this time in terms of why I wanted to originally get my nose done as the detail is in my first review, but the reason for me wanting to get a revision was not because my original surgeon done a bad job, it was a big improvement from my original nose, but as time went on I noticed my nose lacked the definition I wanted the width was still quite wide and my tip was still bulbous, So I wanted to fix this. With my first nose job I went to the US as I felt that the US specialised in Ethnic noses, but this time round I didn’t want to pay the extra expense and do it alone, also the aftercare when you get surgery in a different county is not as easy. So I decided
look for surgeons in the UK, which isn’t easy but I am very thankful that I found Dr Ivo Gwanmesia. I had consulted with him before when I was originally looking for my first surgery but decided to go to the US.
I had my surgery on 18th April 2018 and had my cast taken off on 24 April 2018 and I can’t tell you how happy I am with what he has done, the width has been brought in and is no longer ‘pyramid’ shaped and has the definition desired, the tip is less bulbous and my nostrils are also more even. I have had my cast off for 3 days and with swelling and all he has exceeded my expectations and I think it is safe to say I will NOT be doing this again lol. I don’t regret my first decision as he improved my nose but I just wanted to finesse it to make it better, and I feel like if I didn’t go through the first one it may not have turned out so good the second time round lol!!
I just need to shout out Dr Ivo because I don’t think there is enough reviews or pictures of his ethnic patients. So if you are in the UK and considering rhinoplasty I would recommend him :-)
I will upload pictures shortly x

Looking forward to your pics! I’m really happy that you feel content and can say “I’m done!”. That is so great! Wish I could :( although my nose is 30% better than before, I still feel that it lacks definition, the bridge is still wide and top bulbous. Please follow up with your journey! x

I was following your journey intensly, and already paid a deposit to your previous surgeon, to be honest I wanted something conservative so I think he will still be perfect. your new nose looks even more gorgeous!
