Lip lift update

And now, I'm satisfied! I had to touch up the area where the scar and skin tissue was raised with fingernail clippers...that healed up nicely. I feel a lot more confident now. I would do the procedure over. I still get upset when I think about how Dr Whitaker tried to convince me that one of my nostrils was slightly wider than the other before the procedure...urm no ma'am!!!! Nice try.

You are so gorgeous mA
Ty!
You did not need it as you are beautiful but if you are happy well that's the main thing. If it was something you wanted then why not.
Your left nostral is larger...
Your nostrils look fine to me.
You look stunning!

Lip lift update

I'll say that I'm pleased with my lip lift. Now. However, I became my own plastic surgeon on two occasions. The scar around my nose had lumped up and was so obvious that I felt very Insecure and self conscious. I ordered on deep numb numbing cream and clipped the lumpy parts to make the scar smoother. I'm sure any plastic surgeon wouldn't recommend it but hey it worked- and saved me cash! It healed perfectly, no regrets!

Ugghhh!!!!!

So I’m a little sad after realizing that makeup doesn’t mask this hideous scar. I love my lips but now I don’t even want to look anyone in the face. Even sadder is that my job involves looking people in the face! *tear

You will be great! It is still so early. Try not to worry. Mine took a while to heal. Your lips are amazing!
I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Thanks for the feedback!
I really don’t think the scar looks bad. You are still so early post op!
I'm probably freaking out too because my 9-year-old points it out like several times a day. Thanks for the feedback!
Kids! Hahaha. It's probably more visible to a 9-year-old because of their comparative height. I think your new lips are divine! You didn't keloid, thank God, and I bet your scarring will continue to improve/fade over time.
I think it looks great. Give it time.
I think it looks beautiful and the scar will continue to improve - I got a lower face and neck lift and the scars are undetectable at 4 months post op. Make sure and wear sunblock everyday regardless of the weather- I’m sure your already using a good scar cream but just in case I used Biocorneum which has SPF in it:) Patience is key!
Thank you!
I think that your lips look wonderful, and the scar will heal sooner than you expect.
