Hello,
I've been researching this procedure for years now. Finally after years I will booking my procedure this December. I originally book a consult with Dr. Boahene, however after consult, I was told he doesn't accept CareCredit. I recently had a consult with Dr. Slupchynskyj and I am extremely excited about my choice. He is very informed, with over 20 years of experience (specializing in African American rhinoplasty). I am looking for natural yet drastic results. I want to balance my features, everyone to notice how beautiful I am, but can't seem to put a finger on what has changed lol. Kinda like lil mama. I think... almost certain she has had some work recently to refine her features but its very hard to notice what she has exactly had done. If people ask I plan to tell them it is due to weight loss. I don't believe in letting ppl kno everything. Lol a lady neve tells ????????

Consult with Dr. Slupchynskyj
I will be having an open rhinoplasty combined with buccal fat removal chin fat pad reduction and possibly chin lipo (I'm in the process of losing 40lbs by sx using hcg diet).
Consultation was on time, he was very professional and well informed. I expressed concerns about infection, rejection and or movement of S implant. Dr. S reassured me that infection, rejection and or movement is at 1%risk, which reduces two week post sx. He also informed me that all grafts have risk associated with them (ear,rib,) the risk significantly decreases with good after care of nose. Dr. S prefers to use his customed carved implant.

A better me
I believe this this procedure will bring so much more confidence in myself. Especially in the work world. It's sad say but when your aesthetically pleasing to the eye, you are treated way diff. I like love the why I look in filters my sx goal is to look close to ig filters as possible. (Minus the lighting)
In the mean time I plan to schedule appointment for Jv filler of smile lines and under eye circle, in addition to Botox for a lifting of the brow. I will be posting my results here as well.

I'm planning to go to Dr. S for rhinoplasty revision. I would also like to get my surgery done this year. I'm happy for you and I will be following your journey. All the best!

Lil mama before and after
lol mama def had some work done to soften her look. It is definitely a dramatic change but she still looks like herself. Don't get me wrong she was very cute before but now she is beautiful. I believe she had a rhinoplasty and filler to her joawl line to soften her face. What do you guys think?
