Graduation Treat

Hello,
As I stated I received my quote from doctor Bora,(5,000) USD... this is surprisingly higher than what I expected because I have others done for 3,000 USD.. However this is still pretty cheap in comparison to US. I love the fact that he does a closed Rhinoplasty as well. Looking forward to putting a deposit down soon. I don't plan to have the procedure done until January 2021 as a graduation gift to myself (April 2021 Graduates degree). I didn't get a chance to take graduation pics for my undergrad because I was in my last trimester of pregnancy. I would love to be able to take Grad pics with a nice slim nose that fits my face.
I am also considering adding chin lip and buccal fat removal to my procedure. However, I am not totally sure because I want to lose 40lbs before the procedure (I know weigh loss will reduce fullness in face and chin area).
In the mean time I will be documenting my weight loss journey on my previous BBL review. I plan on starting the HCG diet after Xmas. ( I am also still deciding if I want to do lipo with fat grafting to hips only). But again 40lb weight loss combined with waist training may deter me from have this procedure as well. please fill free to follow my bbl review if you are interested in keeping you with me concerning HCH weigh loss plan.
