6 month update

Unfortunately, I received very little, or no results from Ultherapy.
We reviewed my before pics and agreed that there was no improvement. I think my eye brows look a little higher, but that wasn't my goal. They aren't droopy. I was hoping to have a resting face with no crows feet, and that wasn't achieved. Thankfully, they offered to redo the treatment, but I dread it! I still remember how painful it is. Perhaps it varies from person to person. They only offered ibproffen, which is not sufficient. A Valium perhaps!
Anyway, I just had a deep chemical peel, and am going to wait a few months for the redo.

When she first started, I seemed to tolerate it...

When she first started, I seemed to tolerate it okay , but the longer we went on, the less tolerable it was. We took lots of short breaks, and she took turns going from one area to another, which helped. It hurt worse around my temples.
She said she was getting good pictures, with the ultrasound, and felt confident that i would have good results.
So from start to finish, it took about 20 mins. It hurt like hell though. Ladies, remember those contractions? Each pulse delivers a hot, painful ZAP under the skin. Over and over and over. Usually after the 5th one or so, I'd have her stop. Again, I don't tolerate pain well. I hate how tattooing feels and hair removal has been painful also. Ingot relief as soon as she stopped and it helped when she put more ultrasound gel to soothe the area.

After it was over, there was no pain at all. I was a little red, but put on some makeup and went out to do errands. I never told my husband I was doing it, and be never noticed anything different with my face.

That was two days ago. I really don't notice any tightness that other people have described. The redness is totally gone. What is very concerning to me though, are the welts that I have around my temples - the area that hurt the worse. They are like zig saggy lines from the laser. I read that I could be from using the wrong coupler, or issues with the gel.
People say that it goes away after a few days, but I am worried that it was an operator error, it could prevent me from getting good results. The welts aren't noticeable to anyone but me, I don't

Very thorough. I didn't feel rushed and was very comfortable talking to her. Matter of fact, we were the only ones in the office, the day of my consult. We just chatted for a long time about other things, before getting down to business. She wasn't pushy at all.
