Advanced Facelift/upper Bleph

Hello I want to share my review regarding my treatment so that people would know what to expect when getting a facelift/neck lift. I am posting first my before pictures. I really didn't like the look of my neck and jawline and was getting some hooding in my eyes. I consulted with several doctors before deciding upon Dr Jon Mendelsohn. And I'm really happy that I did.

My motivation for having this done was always looking in the mirror and looking tired and seeing my jawline and neck area just kind of sagging and it was something that I really wanted to have done. Also I want to give you the pros to having neck left face left and upper Bleph. I do look very much younger I’m only eight days postop but every day just continues to get better and better. There is one thing that I wished I had done and that was where my neck strap better because I did not wear it during the daytime I only wore it at night. I had taken all of that medication and I had a whole Lotta chemicals in my system and I did not remember my conversation with Dr. Mendelsohn post up where he told me to wear the neck strap but my mom remembers the conversation. I’m not used to taking a lot of medicine like that so it really affected me and I didn’t remember lots of things bits and pieces of things but everything else I think I did a really good job with and Nicole told me not to worry about it but everything was fine. I do have to say that everything at Dr. Mendelsohn‘s office was top-notch everyone was great Dr. Mendelson is amazing and so nice and even sent me flowers to my house when I got home which was so surprising and sweet. I had Haley and Nicole and Abby throughout my preop to my postop and they are all amazing. I’m gonna go ahead and give you guys some pictures although I did not take and keep them in order like that I should have but these are my post operative pictures. If anyone has any questions whatsoever please do not hesitate to ask and I will try to answer.

Here are my postoperative pictures I went through different healing phases. I actually got my bruising a few days later and my swelling went slowly go down a little more each day. For the first week I would use ice and right now I’m working into my second week and I’m using heat because I do still feel very tight and sore which is very normal. And again I do wear my neck strap even though I don’t have to anymore. Because for the first five days I only wore it at night and very little in the day. But I’m very happy with my results . Also I did not get put to sleep during my procedure they used Valium and numbed me really well and I did not feel a thing. I had trouble with anesthesia so it was perfect for me. The procedure only lasted about 2 1/2 hours maybe three. I would tell anyone who is thinking about getting this done to do it. It’s well worth it. I now love my jaw line and Neck again. I’m really looking forward to applying make up, and fixing myself up. 5 stars to Dr Mendelsohn and the whole team.
