Stitches out

So I went back for my post op check up. The stitches are dissolvable so they just peeled off with the tape. The nurse said everything looked fine just that they're still swollen, especially my nipples! She put some betadine over the incisions and some steri strip which I'm to keep on for a further week. I have to continue wearing the post op bra for another 2 weeks day and night and then after that I have to wear it daily for another 4 weeks. Bought some scar treatment cream which I will also start using in a week. Have a 3 month post op scheduled for January but other than that everything is great! Woohoo, loving my new boobs! Can't wait for all the swelling to go down and the numbness to go away cos scratching them when itchy doesn't feel like I'm scratching my itch, if that makes sense!

Think we had our BA's around the same time. You're looking great! How's the swelling coming along? Sorry to hear about your husband, what an utter, utter t@$$er! You'll sne showing him exactly what he's missing soon enough :) happy healing!

How are your girls doing?? I'm narrow-framed as well, and share your pointy concerns. :) I want them as big as my PS can jam in me, but since I'm going with extra high profile, I'm afraid all of that projection will sit in a torpedo-like shape on my frame. Have yours settled and rounded out a bit?? They look fantastic in your bras!!!

Congratulations on your wonderful results! You have now entered a whole new world, as we all did who got this surgery. It really changes the way you think about yourself and I'm sure you will be very happy.

Minimal pain

User Avatar

Day 4 post op and I've ran out of oxycodone so just using Panadol and neurofen plus. Have some bruising around the incision but my boobs aren't really too sore, more uncomfortable then anything. I do still have pain on the left where the incision is. Tried on some bras that I bought when pregnant and haven't worn since or at all and now I have boobs to fill them out! Boobs are still on the pointy side but I'm really loving them! Best decision I've ever made!

I started getting those spasms too! Like right now my whole boob is numb from like above the nipple down, but after a spasm, it seems like I can feel more of my breast. I think it's the nerves coming back "online". Or I've been taking too many Percocet! Either way, we have amazing racks!

Haha yes we do have amazing racks and we so deserve them! Yeah if I scratch my boob it feels so numb! It seems to constantly tingle too, can't wait for that to stop. Oh well, little bit of pain for long term gain!

Muscle spasms

User Avatar

It's day 3 post op! I've had some muscle stretching going on I think??? I get this feeling under my nipple which feels like my muscle is being ripped. Under my left nipple I have this flicker happening, feels like a nerve or something, has been on and off all day! Still taking pain relief but trying to stretch it out. I feel like they've rounded out a bit more.

You sound a lot like my story with my ex. He left and within a month he was already living with his new girlfriend. He is missing out ...don't let him have the satisfaction of even seeing your new boobs!! You will find a much better guy and he will be sorry ! Good luck with the surgery and give us all the updates (breast & your man) big hugs to ya

Thanks for your comment, it made me smile! And your right he's missing out and whilst he won't get to see my new additions I'll certainly give him a teaser or 2 of cleavage (finally going to have cleavage!) when he comes to pick the kids up next! Really looking forward to new boobs now!

I am super tiny also and wasn't happy with 225cc, developed complications, and now I love my 350s. They are not huge at all, but you could barely see the difference with 225 or anything under 300. Not worth the small change for the big expense, in my opinion. Check out my pics and reviews. Good luck!! So glad you are doing this for yourself -- you will love the results and all that it entails and it will help you to feel good every single day, even if you are feeling good -- it'll make you feel better!!!

Pick 285, for sure, if those are your only 2 choices. I'd go up to at least 325 if you can, I'm telling ya!!! :)

My husband moved out just about a month ago and has a girlfriend too. So I figure it's fair for me to get new boobs. My boobs go in on the 10th! I'm about 53kg and 165cm, not quite as thin as you but still small. I have no boobs after breastfeeding three kids, not that I ever had any to start with. I'm going with 350cc shaped gels. I'll post after on my page ASAP :) I don't think it's going to be too big at all with it going under the muscle. I would look into going up to at least 300cc for how tall you are. Can't wait to flaunt off myself to the ex. Now I'm the "whole package" and he'll never get to see them. He's even asked about a peek because we are still married after all. He's such a dick.

I'm excited for you to be getting new boobs soon! I've put some more pics up from before (was too embarrassed to put them up previously) and some a few hours after surgery! Don't show your ex, well show him enough to know what he's missing! I'm looking forward to the day I can wear a top showing some cleavage when he comes to pick the kids up! Goodluck for your surgery and I can't wait to see your pics!

Your boobs look awesome!!! Oh happy boob day!!!! Our befores are very similar! Kids just suck it out of ya! And he'll never see em, just let him wonder. He don't even know about this site either :D
