So I've been really pleased with how they have turned out. It really has taken six months to get to where they're going and I'm sure the scaring will improve alot still.
Unfortunately the photos I quickly snap don't do them justice but I hope it helps.
The cheap triangle bikinis look fantastic now which is probably the best bit lol

Can you post an update please? Did the dent go away? Are you satisfied?

The dent has gone away. There are things I was and was not all that satisfied with as far as my doctor.
I had a staph infection from a stitch that was left exposed which seems to be a bit of a common thing with dr higgs. But I knew it was an issue and went straight to my GP who put me onto antibiotics until I could get down to Adelaide to have the sutcher removed.
The scaring is quite prominent but will look alot better when the redness subsides. Overall I'm very happy. I've been loving the warm weather and the ability to go without a bra lol
I definitely need to do a proper update. It's been months of mixed emotions to be honest but I don't think I've ever regretted it. Not even for a short time.

thanks for the response! I’m sorry about the infection. I had to have a hematoma removed yesterday, luckily no pain. my books look like yours, so I would love to see what they look like now, months later. I’m happy you don’t regret getting them and I think this emotional rollercoaster is normal!

I’m only 17 days dpo (hematoma removed at 16dpo), so I’m super curious what my boobs will look like.

Oh wow that sounds pretty terrible. My infection was really nothing to complain about as I got onto it early. My friend though (same dr) ended up in hospital for a week with a staph infection. I haven't had a chance to talk to her as to why she may have contracted staph.
I noticed the front camera on my phone is really [RS bleep] and was distorting my boobs so the assymetry looked way worse in all my photos lol. It was giving me a serious complex!
I'll try post a pic today. They look pretty great. Any asymmetry is pretty on que with what I started out with. The scars don't seem to have healed well but they're pretty flat so once the redness dies down they'll look alot better.
I'm so sorry for the trouble you've been having. It makes me feel really lucky again

I’m a few days out of surgery and it was definitely easier than the first time, as it was just one boob and the pocket has been created 2 weeks before. luckily I don’t have any pain and the doc was kind enough to do surgery for free and even put a new implant, instead of just cleaning the “old”. I’m happy to hear you are satisfied!!! Your poor friend though :( it sounds painful having to stay in hospital for a week sucks! I can’t wait to see your pics :) thank you for keeping me updated!

Flat spot or big dent? Lol
sahlynJune 18, 2017
I definitely think I'm seeing improvements in the flat spot I noticed after the dressings were removed.
This is probably my biggest worry at this point as I've seen plenty of people who's right breast took longer to settle then they're left

How is your "dent" now? I have one on my right breast also. I'm 11 post op now and just wondering how yours has progressed. I'm hoping mine rounds out.

I wouldn't worry at all. It healed pretty quickly and there's no sign of a flat spot any more. That breast looks fantastic now, I'm just trying to be patient waiting for the other side to heal.
