My voice cracks, I will loose it completely if I talk louder for a long period of time & I’m unable to hit higher pitches

I’m a slim female that had a prominent adam’s apple & wanted it reduced. I had my surgery performed by Dr. Drew & I have not had the same voice since. My voice cracks, I will loose it completely if I talk louder for a long period of time & I’m unable to hit higher pitches. I’ve been dealing with this for 3 years now & have spent $2,000+ on doctors & voice therapy. I’m not sure what happened during surgery, but he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing.. so I would not recommend him for any surgery. I did go back a year or so ago & he just said it will go back to normal, which it has not. There is a reason why this doctor isn’t booked months in advanced. Costly lesson learned.
