Day 7 post tt

WORTH IT
I had my 1 week tt follow up today, and I’m healing well. Still very swollen and my drain still draining a lot of fluids, so no drain removal today. He removed a couple of stitches from my bb! So far so good, and he said the bulging over my bb is normal and will be flat when the swelling is gone!

Day 6 pst tt

had a great night sleep as I took cyclobenzaprine to relax last night! First day alone with the kids and hoping it will be calm! I’m still not hungry during meals, still very swollen and trying to keep good spirts. Hoping the drain will be removed tomorrow..but it is still a lot to fluids. It’s great to do #2 without taking a laxative. Had a hard time falling sleep!

Day 5 post tt

I as up at 5:30 am! My back is killing me!!! Took Midol and tried to sleep which I accomplished until 7:30! Had breakfast (almost couldn’t eat) and stayed on the recliner! I had to sit for sometime on a regular chair to help kids with school, but it caused a huge discomfort! Decided to wash my hair( last time was the day of the surgery, 5 days ago! Took pictures and the bulging appears bigger :( It feels like loose skin! I was able to schedule a visit with Dr on Thursday afternoon and will address my concern! I’m sure he will say it is too soon to say anything! Interesting that when I pull the skin under my breast up the bulge disappears! We will see! I can say that this drain is becoming more and more uncomfortable and I can’t wait to have it removed, which is causing concern and anxiety...I accidentally pulled the drain tube and it felt like stinging on the whole where the drain tube enters the skin! I took a shower and came back to the recliner, which seems to be the most comfortable place to be! The rest of the day went by uneventful, but I had to take cyclobenzaprine to sleep!
