Celluma lite

I started using the Celluma lite today, I haven’t seen many reviews on it so I wanted to document my own journey for everyone. I will be posting regularly!
The Celluma lite uses LED lights which kill the bacteria that causes acne, help with aging and wrinkles, and help with aches and pain.
I also have Fibromyalgia so I will be documenting for the pain mode as well.

Since I have fibromyalgia I have wide spread pain which is constant. My skin on the back of my legs and butt always hurts the most, so yesterday I did a 30 minute treatment in pain mode on my thighs and it helped SO much. My pain is usually always at a 6, and I have a hard time sitting because of it. The light made such a huge difference! I have also noticed after using the acne mode on my back I have no new breakouts.

It’s now the end of the first week! My period has made my acne a little worse but I can tell the light is helping. The light is actually very relaxing! It’s very calming, and I can feel the difference in my skin. I’ll post update pictures every other week!
