20 Days after Subcision + Microneedling Radio Frequency !!!

I m undergoing acne scar revision treatment. 29th Aug I had Subcision + MNRF. I have been scheduled for MNRF on 10th Oct. I have been insisting that my doctor does a few TCA cross 30-35% for ice prick scars however she has been avoiding and saying she is not very comfortable with it. A different doctor will do TCA cross now I tomorrow , 20th Sept. Anyone knows here if I'm placing the treatments too close ? 29th Aug Subscision + MNRF ; 20th Sept TCA Cross ;10th Oct MNRF will it slow the healing & affect results in a negative way coz I feel collagen building is what these procedures do & If placed too close I may interrupt or break the process of collagen building? How close is too close anyone ?

Treating my pitted mixed acne scarring. Was advised Dermabrasion but I chose to explore a less ablative treatment at this point fearing pigmentation & more scarring. Just got my Subscision & MNRF session done 5 days ago not too sure abt ice pricks but i feel Boxcars appear a little shallow. The procedure was painful & I had swelling for 3 days. It still hurts though on day 5 around the cheek bones when touched. Swelling has gone down completely now so thought of taking pictures & uploading. My Doctor said Subscision should do good to the type of scarring I have & she wont be repeating subscision again. For the deeper scarring she said she will perform punch float which will scar with the suture however it would be a flat scar, I m not sure of it but it is an option I may consider. She will also be doing PRP sessions combined with MRNF. However she said she would want to give gaps of 2 months between each treatment which I'm not very happy about as I feel like I have lived way too long with these ugly scars. I will keep updating with the results every few weeks to help any of you suffering with the same issues.

I am not sure about your ethnicity but dermabrasion is not to be done for colored complextions--Asians, Hispanics, etc. When I started my journey 35 years ago, there was only dermabrasion. I wish at that time they have the technology now. Subcision is a good option. It helped my scars. Had it 2x. Your doctor is right to offer you a lot of options as your scars are both deep and shallow. Her suggestion of punch float or excision is good too as in reality, the deeper scars cannot be smoothed out to the level of satisfaction that you want without these surgical techniques. If you are of a darker complextion, you may want to try Infini RF (microneedling using RF energy) that has helped me alongside microneedling. But the treatments need to be 3x or more and spaced 4-6 weeks apart for maximum outcomes. You can see my journey if you click on my name. Best of luck to you.
I'm Indian & hence I didnt opt for Dermabrasion dont need more scarring & pigmentation more than I already have in the process of treating it. Yes alongwith subcision my doctor did perform microneedling with radio frequency ( MRNF ) while my face was still numb from the subcision procedure. I havent noticed any changes in my skin though yet & I know its early maybe. I also read somewhere that subcision with suction helps get better results as it keeps the scars from reattaching themselves to the tissues. Will ask my doctor more about it however she doesnt intend to do any more subcisions she said on me anytime soon & will do PRP + MNRF next I guess. I'm a little scared of punch float coz I dont want a scar worse than the present & definitely nothing raised from the skin. She said she will do the next treatment six weeks apart from the first. MNRF=Microneedlilng with RF? OK, I answered myself. This is Infini RF by Lutronics, one of the manufacturers.
Yes thats right. Its microneedling with radio frequency. Infini is one of the RF microneedle system however the one used on me was a different make I suppose.

Wow I can see I difference from that one treatment! Are acne scars are pretty identical I have the same combination of both of my cheeks. I was recently scheduled for CO2 but the surgeon cancelled because of the risk of hyperpigmentation because I am Hispanic almost the same color of skin tone as you. It bummed me out because I've had 2 previous laser resurfacing sessions with no issues although that laser was only a fractional 1540, I only saw very little improvement to my superficial scars. Now I'm starting to look at the other options such as the methods you are using which I can see an improvement. Thank you for posting it gives me hope! I'm looking forward to seeing further results :)
