Finding the next treatment. I have had punch excision and punch elevation, and subcision- about 12 years ago; ablative Fraxel 7 yrs ago; cool touch, 14 years ago - series of 5, very recently a series of Picosure. I am at a loss. I don't know what to do next. I'm still very unhappy. Money is tight. Also I have small kids-single mom now; and work full time. I will save and invest the time and money if results would be worth it. As you can see from the photos the worst are the cheeks, especially the right cheek. Recent doctor advised eMatrix but I've read that that is best for new scars. These are over 20 years. Thanks for reading.

The bruise near my right cheek is from my first attempt at filler. The doctor used Restylane on both nasolabial folds. At his point I don't see much of a difference in those areas. It's been one week. I've investigated and no one in my area uses Bellafill. If you look closely at my cheek just below the cheek bone you can see where a punch elevation didn't quite work. The scar is a a saucer shape with a groove on the outside.

Have you ever tried tca cross ? or needling? I too have scars that I'm working on. I got a lot of them from lasers along with fat loss so I don't recommend lasers for anything. There is a new treatment that is only in Europe right now called RecoSMA that seems to really help. I know they have Infinity too but I'm going to wait for RecoSMA if it ever gets here. Look up tca cross and tca treatments and needling. I'm healing from TCA cross right now. You take a toothpick and dip it in 80 to 100 % tca You have to be very careful. Watch some videos on you tube. then you put the tip of the toothpick in the scar. It's supposed to form a scab but don't touch it, let it heal itself. One girl on here has has great improvement doing it. That's why I'm trying it.
