Where to begin! Almost 2 weeks post op and I COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED!!! The entire team at this office is phenomenal! Will share my entire experience... I had wanted a rhinoplasty for quite some time, had multiple consultations with various ENT doctors and plastic surgeons in NYC and in Orange County areas. Decided to move forward with Dr. Ackerman and I could not be more happy with my decision. Dr. Ackerman made me feel so comfortable at the consultation, spent over an hour answering all of my questions (and there were a lot of them). He listened to what I wanted, looked at pictures of different noses I liked and was able to create a digital image of what my nose would look like post surgery. He showed me many images of before and after surgeries that he had done, specifically other noses that looked like mine. He thoroughly explained the entire procedure and set my nerves at ease. I then met with the finance coordinator Brittany who was just as wonderful. She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable, never pressuring me as I felt others had done at other plastic surgery offices. I decided to move forward with Dr. Ackerman based on his education, training, experience, as well as based on the very positive consultation I had. My gut told me this was the doctor for the job. The day of surgery I met with both Dr. Ackerman as well as the anesthesiologist who went over everything at length again (I was really nervous!). Jocelyn my nurse was seriously an angel. She was so sweet to me the entire morning, catering to my every need before and after surgery. I am now almost 2 weeks post op, have had multiple follow up appointments to see Dr. Ackerman. Every time I enter the office, I am greeted by authentic, friendly staff who are eager to answer my questions and have made this entire process so smooth and stress free. Appointments are easy to schedule, Dr. Ackerman is always on time, prompt, efficient, and available to answer all of my questions. ALSO- my nose looks AMAZING! I am still a bit swollen but I feel that Dr. Ackerman really took the time to understand exactly what i wanted and was able to execute it perfectly. He is SO talented. I would highly recommend him for any procedure as he really knows what he is doing. I am very much looking forward to seeing the final product once everything is healed. Again, I can not emphasize enough how wonderful this treatment team is, from the front desk staff, to the Jocelyn my RN, Brittany, and Dr. Ackerman-- he will be my plastic surgeon for life and I will highly recommend him to all of my friends and family.
