Alma V Shape for Fat Reduction/skin Tightening on the Stomach

I am writing this review because I found very few reviews about this treatment, and hope my review helps others make an informed decision. I had accent v shape done on my stomach.
The good thing about this treatment is that the fat reduction is permanent – some of the fat cells in the treatment area are damaged and subsequently removed by the body. It takes about 2 weeks to notice the improvement in fat reduction. The not so good thing is that the skin tightening benefit is more fleeting, so you need to have follow up treatments to maintain the improvement.
Also, you need a series of treatments, at least 3, but often closer to 5 to get the results advertised by the manufacturer, and these treatments need to be spaced about 2 weeks apart
Now for the treatment itself: it was very pleasant and not at all painful. I had sculpsure before and this was far less painful than sculpsure – I would say mild discomfort if anything.
I noticed some visible improvement in skin tightening immediately after treatment.
Aftercare instructions: drink lots of water and no strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours. Easy enough.
As for the facility and staff, the facility was bright, airy, clean and inviting. The nurse performing my procedure, Elly, was friendly, and put me at ease right away. She answered all my question and was upfront about what I could realistically expect. She didn’t try to upsell me at my first appointment, which was very much appreciated.
I only had my first treatment today, and so far so good. I will update this review after I had all 3 treatments.
