Costly Device with a Poor Warranty

In March 2016, I started with Invisalign and purchased the acceledent to speed things up. My treatment time was 6 months. After the 6 months I received a retainer and wore it faithfully. 6 months after receiving my retainer, my teeth began to shift again. My orthodontist decided to give me a few more months of Invisalign trays to wear, to close up the spaces in my teeth. At this point, my acceledent wouldn’t turn on or charge properly. I called the company, they told me I could purchase a new device if I wanted to but they couldn’t replace my current device. I feel as though this is unacceptable, and the company should certainly do a better job at backing their product up. May not be worth the money for you, if your treatment takes a bit of time. It certainly isn’t cheap.
