3 weeks post op. All is well and no major changes

WORTH IT$5,000
My bruises on my legs are pretty much gone , the face was healed within 2 weeks. There is one thing that bothers me. I do a lot of yoga and I still can't stretch my legs the way I used to, but Dr Wolter says it will eventually go back to normal flexibility. I really like my results. Also the skin texture seems to be improving, much fresher looking! There is still a tiny bit of hardness under the skin where my scar was fixed, but it is not noticeable by looking at it. All in all I feel that not only is my scar fixed but my face in general looks much fresher and fuller. I am hoping , the fat stays, since I have nothing else to report on other than I'm loving the results, I will just post an update, wether the fat stayed in a few weeks or months or so. My conclusion at this point regarding fat transfer: with the right surgeon: Absolutely YES - but PICK WISELY!!!

Very patient, listens, friendly, great bedside manners and had direct number for emergency contact which is definitely very comforting. Have used this Doctor for past 6 months for minor issues and sports injury surgery on shin which went fine as well. Spent one night in hospital, room was top notch, from facility to food quality and service. Best of the best.

Nothing spectular to report, I still like my face. There is still hardness on the left cheek, where a lot of work was done, but all else looks great. I love the effect of micro-lipo in conjunction with this. Just the tad bit I needed. I am upping my game in the gym and started using heavier weights again, legs, however, still sore when trying to do xtreme stretches like splits, I have to wait til I'll be doing these again. Doc said, that is normal , and I am also scheduled for lymphatic massage (thought it was today, my bad). The bruising on the legs is still there but about 2/3rd gone. So, if you ever plan to do this procedure, the lipo, no matter how little, if it s done behind the legs and your skin is anything like mine, it will take AT LEAST 2 weeks to heal from the bruising. I am hoping it will be gone by the time I'm going on vacation (2 more weeks). Other than that I am still very happy with the outcome!!

Can I see your before and after (now) pic please

Golf- this scar across my face was so unique that it would be extremely easy to recognize me on here. I have become quite uncomfortable with the thought that someone may be able to identify me on here with a *before* pic even if I only show half my face . Abu Dhabi is a small town with tight expat circles - where many know one another. To my surprise I found several members from my town on this site!! . Not sure if I should share it when I find a before pic . Plus- I ve been avoiding the camera to catch my scarred left side for years- (not to mention thick cover up and avoiding to smile) so it would be a challenge to even find a good example anyways, I m afraid. :(

will see doc today, so decided to take pics of harvest area behind legs. really made a difference. i m an athlete who works out almost every day (except for last few weeks due to surgery) and i am surprised how much this micro liposuction has made a difference. i m 5 10 , usually 145-427, muscular built but fat deposits, now down to 140 - 141 pds. hope thsi stays. could be due to muscle loss since i hve not seen a gym for so long. who knows. but i m liking this new look. face doesn't show evidence of surgery any longer, except for slight yellowish coloring around the area where i had 'extra work' done to the cheek (scar repair/keloid & filler removal) I think I may change my fatgrafting rating soon - from the 'not sure' to 'YES'!!!

Thanks! Not even 2 weeks post op and I m back in the gym. Left side still tighter than other side but doc says still in healing process. Looks fantastic!!!! I can't believe I m at 139 pounds right now. Need to get busy in the gym to tighten but loose skin (not much but I m a perfectionist ) yes...I made the right choice with my doc. I researched him and he specialized in skin transplants before and worked in a burn center so he is used to doing meticulous work. Maybe that's why I m having such great results. ....most important is the Doc you use for this procedure. If so it s a great way to rejuvenate face and loose fat in undesired areas at the same time!!!

Thanks for Sharing - I am in AD and I appreciate your reviews. I just tried Dr. Chris Reuter over at Harley for some fillers and he did an amazing job. I am thinking fat transfer next time around (get out of the filler cycle). YOU LOOK AMAZING BTW :-) !!

Saw Doc today, stitches out. All looks great. Very happy with all. Totally happy how it turned out, however, still got bit of swelling at jowels but not noticeable unless you really analyze the face. Dr Wolter said, that wherever there is hardness , means it is still going back to normal and will eventually subside and feel soft, in the interim there will be bit swelling. I'm happy already. Gave me some natural creme (he knows how I hate pharmaceutica ) for the bruises on my legs ( from blood sucking leeches, kinda cool). Been so lazy and had not put on anything. Doc told me that texture of skin will eventually improve once the stem cels work kicks in... hey, fine with me!!! Already happy , but that sounds great! He says by 3 months the final result should show. I m really hoping this stays. I feel awesome. Going on safari in 3 weeks and asked if I can already do already the crazy stuff I planned ( bungee jumping, cage diving etc) and he said by that time I would be fine to do anything I want. Felt some tightness doing some stretches and weight work , but all in all way better than expected, so I will restart my training routine tomorrow! I will change my evaluation to YES for this procedure, I selected 'not sure' as it was too early to tell, but I have full confidence I'll be happy withis . Best thing I've done for myself in a long time!!!!!!

Thank you so much for your detailed posts (so insightful and helpful). You are looking great - I am in AD also, and just had fillers and botox the other day (super pleased with my results as I took a stab in the dark and seen PS Dr. Reuter). I wasn't familiar with Fat Transfer (I love how it is natural and non synthetic). Definitely something for me to consider in the future. You were beautiful before - and stunning after :-). Great results :-)
