I will be 8 weeks post op on Tuesday! I can't believe it! Everything literally has gone perfect I haven't had any complications and I love the size and the look they are now! I started back at work last week and have zero pain and no back pain which is awesome! I'm back to sleeping on my side too! Now I am working on my scars which are not terrible but I'll take them over huge boobs anyday! I would go through it 100 times over for how happy I am with them!! They are not settled yet so they still have a square shape to them which will last a while longer but in a bra you cannot even tell! And my lift boob is still noticeably bigger then the right and my doctor said it should even out! I hope so ! But everything is great! and I'm soooooooo happy!

today is day 9 and I had my second post op visit he took out the T-Junction stitch and it bled a lot! i hope I don't get a hole since I know that is common, most of my sterri strips are still on but the ones he took off my incisions look great! my left is still more swollen but other then that everything is perfect i can't believe the change they are so small to me! I believe I am in the D range and can't wait 2 more weeks to start bra shopping!

You look fantastic, looks like you might have had some asymmetry before and seems like this may have been corrected lucky you .. that's not always the case .. I'm asymmetrical so I'm hoping mine turns out as well as far as that goes :) a week from Monday 2-23-15

seriously above you said you were 5'5" trying to get down to 170 before surgery . Did you manage to do that ? I find it hard to believe you even weigh that much . In fact that's exactly what I weighed in at today after losing 11 pounds in 9 days on a crash keto diet trying to lose to my ideal weight which I think is 155 .. but I saw you said yours is 150 at 5'5" but I'm 5'11 so I'm wondering if I'm way off because you look really good .. I kmow everyone carries weight different but shoot cannot be that much different .. I am kinda on the more willowly side if it weren't for my boobs that is I'd be a bean pole .. but I have hypothyroidism so now I've got to watch it . I gained a bunch when my mail order pharmacy screws my meds up and now I'm fat again well I was nearly 190 so I'm just back on them 3 months but anyone can look at my wrists and tell it's not my build . Anyway I'm just wondering because you just don't look like 170 or anything near that . Maybe it's cause its in the right places . I wish mine would go more to my hips who knows where mine goes but it's not my butt ..lol well anyway you look great :)

I got down to 174 so I lost 20 pounds which I was very happy with! In 2013 I got
Down to 150 and so I would love to get to that again especially now since my chest is so much smaller it makes my stomach look even bigger! I am always all over the place with my weight I lose weight fast when I try and I gain it even faster :( so I always fluctuate!

Well I think you look great not over weight at all , I been doing keto never tried it before , I have done low card exercise blah blah which takes forever to see results . But I started keto weds was a week ago so 10 days ago and people can say whatever they want to but watching the scale move from 181 to 170 in 9 days is motivating whether some of it is water or not . I find it hard to believe it's all water though .. it took me months to lose 15 pounds when I weighed 204 in 2009 walking and eating backed chicken and veggies under 1000 calories a day . Plus I was still starving and I even got on adapex for a while I think I finally lost 20 pounds before I found out I had thyroid disease which I'm sure had a big part of it but I lost down eventually to 149 which was way too skinny my thyroid went crazy .. but I looked my best at 155 though some said I was too thin I liked it there .
Anyway now I'm 40 I gained a lot back when I stopped working and my meds got messed up . I was probably about 190 when I started taking my meds again maybe 185.. but I'd been on OTC stuff lost down to 176 but gained back to 181 and last weds I had enough and I started researching and I found out about keto . Turns out low carbs isn't the way to go at all .. but eliminate carbs all together . Sounds harder than it is really . some people do this as a way of life and stay in a state of nutritional ketosis.
What I been doing is at night I boil about 6 eggs ( yuck I know right ) then I put them in the fridge and already resolve myself that that's breakfast and lunch ..lol and snack . I don't nearly even eat all of them . I usually start with 1 then if I'm not full at another . And if I crave a snack I eat one put lots of salt and pepper . Sometimes I fry me an egg in lots of butter real butter with Applewood bacon for an early dinner .. but most nights I have steak for dinner chuck steak or ribye steak any kind of steak I can afford . Chuck is usually more affordable but I found some ribye that were reduced so they were 2 big ribyes for like 6 dollars ( for real ) I got 4 packs of them and split them plus a 3 m pack of Chuck eye steak ..
Anyway got me some ketostix to test my urine just to be sure I'm in ketosis. Any amount of ketones means you're there . I got sick not long ago and started craving orange juice so my hubby bought me some I drank 2 big glasses and I did reduce the amount if ketones but didn't throw me out of ketosis. They say you can have a cheat day every 6th day I tried that and I guess it's OK it didn't throw me out but I didn't eat much off my diet 1 ice cream sandwich and 1 blueberry muffin then I decided I was afraid to cheat too much cause I'd get the cravings again .
Which brings me to that point . The eggs might suck at first but you get used to them and contrary to what people say they don't give me lots of bad gas ..lol and the carb and sugar cravings go away almost as soon as you get into day 3 . After day 3 I was just kinda over the sugar thing and thr bread and noodles .. I did make some chili one night for my husband that was hard to resist but not unbearably hard .
Anyway no soda lipton diet citrus green tea but diet only and only if I've drank at least my 80-90 ounces of water a day .. I don't drink the tea now cause surgery coming up .
Anyway you don't really need it you look fabulous but thought I'd share with you anyway .. it's been working for me and thr reason I can never stay on a diet is they don't work fast enough . I need to see results quickly so that I'm motivated. With this in did within like 2 days saw thr scales move .. but again you look great to me :)
