Will Adding 40ccs to my 230cc Implants Help Make Me Bigger - HELP WANTED :)

WORTH IT$6,001
i had breast implants 3 months ago and feel they are tad too small. i had 230 ccs put in. My doctor suggested adding 40ccs. Will this make them noticeably bigger, or will i have to have larger implants put in. I am now a full B and will like to be a small C. THANK YOU! -- Updated on Dec 9, 2009: I was formerly an A cup prior to BA. I had 230ccs put in, and really feel they are too small. I am having new implants put in soon. I only want to be a little larger than I am now. A small C versus a B. I am small framed 5'3 115 pounds and still want to look natural, proportionate and tasteful. Am i better off having 275 implant filled to a 300cc...or a 300cc implant? I want to avoid the really round looking implant. Which will look more natural? I don't want to end up too big either, but my doctor said 275 from 230 will not make any noticeable difference? I would be VERY grateful for some other professional feedback. thank you in advance! -- Updated on Dec 16, 2009: I am having a re-do of my implants. (originally 225 implant filled to 230ccs - saline) I only want a modest increase. We have agreed upon 300ccs to get me to a C cup from a large B cup. What looks better and more natural on a smaller frame? i'd like to avoid the really round and high pole look of many implants. 250 implant filled to 300ccs OR 275 implant filled to 300ccs? THANK YOU!

Pros: Breast implants made me feel much better...

Pros: Breast implants made me feel much better about myself. I was a very small A previously.

Cons: Spent $6,000 and doctor said they would put in 275 -300cc saline implants. i wanted to be a small C. She ended up putting in only 230ccs and I feel they are too small. I am now a B.

I would like to forego getting larger implants put in if I can simply add 40ccs to get to the small C. Do you think adding 40ccs will give me the little boost to increas my size moderately...or make no difference at all

I was told from my Dr, whom I have already told the same thing for me, after swelling went down , they were a lot smaller than I expected. I think they should worn you of that before you pick your size and go through all that personally. But anyway, he told me that it takes at least 100-150 extra cc to make a noticable size difference?? Because I too only wanted to go up 25 cc, and he said it would not even make a differencce. Maybe you should try the rice thing. Putting 1cup rice in a siplock and put it in your bra. see of that is the size you like, keep adding rie until you get desired result, and the dr will know what that will be in cc. Sounds weird, but works. :/ Hope I helped you! You don't want to go throught all that again for nothing ya know? When you spend that much for somethign that is now a part if your appearance, you want it to be perfect a& feel confident!! :)
NO 40 cc will not increase you to a C cup. You need a new set of implants. You need better communications with your PLASTIC SURGEON
Thank you for your reply. I am very disappointed in the size. I still look small busted in clothes after spending $6,000. The Dr. said I can have new implants but I will have to spend $1,000 on the implants and pay for anesthesia and hospital costs. I was an A cup previously and now I am a moderate B cup. I'd like to be a nice C. I am considering 300cc moderate profile implants - will this give me the look I'm hoping for. I want to be fuller, but def NOT TOO BIG on my 5'3 frame. I don't have the resources to pay that kind of money to fix the problem that i believe the doctor is partially responsible for. does is happen that a surgeon will correct surgery based on miscommunication and cut the costs down considerably if this happens? THANK YOU!
Vtgirl,

Go to your kitchen cupboard and pull out the measuring cup. Go to the faucet and run it until you have 40cc (less than 1.5 fl. oz.). Take a good look at it. It's not a whole lot. Imagine what sort of difference that will have with your implants.

Depending on your ribcage measurement, you'll likely need 200-250cc to make a full cup size difference, but for the jump you're asking, maybe 150-175cc.

Yes, at the size of implant you're working with, adding that amount of overfill to your existing implants will create an unfavourable shape to them. You are likely looking at getting larger implant shells.
