Had a TT with no muscle repair on 6/25/09. I had one drain placed at the end of my incision that was removed after 11 days. I also went back to work on my 11 day post op! I have been driving since day 3 postop and also off my pain meds since day 3 postop. I feel great and am ready to get back to my normal exercise routine.. I have no regrets. I have 2 children ages 15 and 16. After 7 years of hard core excercise I could not lose that BELLY! I am 36 years old.I am scheduled to teach step aerobis at 3 weeks and 4 days post op. My surgeon cleared me for exercise at 3 weeks but didn't include any DO's or DONT's.....I feel great and am looking forward to teaching the classes again but can I somehow damage anything internally?
