Localized Pain with Lump 3 Months After Tt

PLEASE HELP!!! i am 27yrs old and has an abdominoplasty almost 3 months ago. i had the tt bc i had lost a significant amount of weight at a young age. I have never had a child a my ps NEVER once mentioned i should wait until after children nor did i know what this procedure truly entailed it was extremely downplayed to me :( but that is the least of my problems.So i had the full tt w/muscle repair(she used a permanent suture which i also was never told would be done) Anyway at about the 4-5 week mark i had a very intense sharp ripping tearing pain to the upper right region from my belly button-so above my bb and a little to the right. There was a lump or bulge there and my ps was sure that it was the end of the running stitch she used and what i was feeling was where the suture had been tied off. There was ALOT of pain and it was not getting any better and after finding out about the permanent stitch and i had not even had babies i had her remove the running stitch in hopes to alleviate the pain bc it was LOCALIZED to exactly where the suture was tied off and was hoping this would be less restricting to my abdomen since i want to have children! so now here i am almost a month to when she released the suture and the pain is still localized to that ONE specific spot where it was tied off.I am SO Scared and need help! i have to find this pain it's bad and i want to have children i know i can have children but i absolutely not be able to if i cant find this problem it hurts bad. My ps does not seem to help or care for my well being at all and i have been assured by other plastic surgeons that i have been very misled-did i mention she knew i had a wedding in a month and half and told me i would be fine in 2-3 weeks! I HAVE HAD TO CANCEL MY WEDDING!!!I am so scared and depressed and need help. I have had ct scans and ultrasounds that show normal post op changes but at one point in time showed a 4cm buildup of fluid and then resolved the next scan . Where the pain is you can feel a bulging and every doc i have seen is sure something is there. What do you think this could be? Please help me i need an excellent ps and am willing to travel to wherever BUT I NEED THE BEST. any suggestions or anyone willing to help would be a godsend. I am so scared and the pain is really bad in that spot she also has messed up my ba and need that fixed to. Please help me anyone i cant believe someone can be this cruel i just want my life back and to be able to exercise and have a family.Obviously i made an extreme error in trusting this ps and not doing my own research about the surgery and complications but i have to fix this and get better. Please respond soon i know this question is long and complicated but i really need help and don't know what to do. Thank you for taking the time to read this.i was misinformed about the effects of the tt and mislead about my recovery time and the actual procedure taken place. i was treated as an enemy and given no sympathy when my symptoms of pain occured.Where the pain is you can feel a bulging and every doc i have seen is sure something is there.
