Smart Lipo on Upper/Lower Abs and Love Handles After Having 2 Children

I was very skeptical about doing it before I had it done. I have 2 children (ages 3 and 1)and all my fat was being stored in my abdominal area. I did diet and exercise, and still could not remove my belly fat. I was really worried about it not working or not being worth the cost.
I decided to have the procedure done on June 25th, 2009. My starting weight was 128 and my measurements were as follows:
4" below navel- 36"
2" below navel-35.5"
At Navel- 33.5"
2" Above Navel- 30"
During the procedure, I didn't feel anything. They gave me a Valium, and it made me sleepy, so I was kind of napping while they did the procedure. That day when I got home, I slept most of the day. It became pretty uncomfortable that evening and the next day. It hurt to walk or get up. By day 3 I was moving a little bit easier, but still with pain. I was in pain for about a solid week. Not severe pain, but it wasn't mild either.
Right at about 2 weeks is when everything got better. At week 3, I was able to start working out again, and even ran a half marathon (something I did prior to the surgery). 2 weeks after, I did develop knots (I was told they were scar tissue) and was told to put a heating pad on my abs once a day and massage my stomach afterwards to try to work the knots out, and this did help with the knots.
Today marks 4 weeks since my surgery, and I couldn't be happier with it. I now weigh 126 (only lost 2 pounds so far) but look at my measurements:
4" below navel- 34" (difference of 2 inches)
2" below navel-31.75" (difference of 3.75 inches)
At Navel- 30"(difference of 3.5 inches)
2" Above Navel- 27.75" (difference of 2.25 inches)
In only 4 weeks, I have lost 11.5 inches within my abdominal area, and I was told I will continue to change up to 6 months to a year after the procedure. I can't wait to see how I look in another 4 weeks if these are the results after only the first 4 weeks.
I would do the procedure all over again! No regrets at all! It was 100% worth it.
