I had surgery a month ago and I can see a clear...

I had surgery a month ago and I can see a clear asymmetry of the nostrils and the tip. One side appears more "meaty" than the other and the nostrils have different shapes and sizes. I also had to go into surgery again one week after I had the original surgery because the nurse pulled the mucous membrane while removing the packing and another nurse tried to pull a scab with tweezers. Therefore the surgeon put a couple of stitches in to reattach the membrane. Now inside my nose the membrane has not healed properly it is taking up half my nostril and is rough to the touch and can be seen when I lift my nose up as if I had dried mucous up my nose. I also can’t breathe well from that nostril.I am no longer in the country where I performed surgery and have no easy way of getting in touch with my surgeon. The side that is more meaty is the side where the mucous membrane was damaged and stitched back on. I know that one month is too early to tell but I also read in previous posts that tip asymetry and nostril asymetry doesn't generally correct itself with time.In my case, based on the pictures do you think that the tip and nostril asymetry will get better or is it there to stay? Shall I seek a second opinion now or shall I just wait 6 months to a year? What shall I do about my damaged mucous membrane? Thanks in advance for your response.
