I had septorhinoplasty to improve ma breathing and my look.I have a thin face and my nose was wide and longer with small hump and make me very uncomfortable.Today is my 5 day post op and my internal splints was removed.I steel have external splint on.My nose look relatively good except ma kolumnella- is to short and retracted.I know it is to early ,but I am worry.
