How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

We currently live in South Korea and this is where we had the procedures done.My husband and I both had moles removed from our faces at the start of the year. My husband had a flesh colored mole on the side of his nose that started to bleed at time and was itchy. I had two small moles near my chin removed. For both cases the doctors (two seperate occassions) used a laser. My husband's nose seems to be fine now. However I have two dark spots where my moles were that are darker and more noticable than the moles were! Also, the doctors never mentioned anything about a biopsy or anything like that.(I had to say it was $100 but really it's only $20 even without insurance).Should we be concerned about the quality of care we are receiving? After reading some things here I'm quite concerned about the fact that neither doctor gave us any other option besides laser and didn't find it important to do a biopsy.

Probably not relevant for majority of people. Also, not sure about the quality of care compared to the west.
