I worked out with a personal trainer for 6 months and then ran and did weights for another 6 months. As a nursing student, I gained weight from eating on the go and being constantly stressed out. After the six months, I had dropped almost 20 pounds. However, my oblique/hip/back area would not lose the fat.
I wanted to look as fit as I feel. And I wanted to feel rewarded for all the hard work I put in. I was extremely bummed out about still looking squishy even though I built up a lot of muscle and had lost some weight. This procedure made me feel beautiful.
