Switched from Saline to Cohesive Gel (525cc/45cc to 500cc/425cc)

I defintely wanted smaller breasts but feel like may have been taken advantage of and want other professionals opinions. The overall atmosphere of the staff and surgery went wellI recently had my old saline implants removed. They were 525cc and 450cc. During the consultation I explained that I wanted to go smaller to around a full C. I just had the procedure 2 weeks ago and had a lift and new implants put in. He placed in cohesive gel implants that were 500cc and 425 cc. Two weeks later I still feel that these are going to be too big in the end. What are your thoughts?
