Pro's--love the size and I don't feel deflated. I am more confident naked.Con's--I think my nipples are too low. My PS is conservative and into the "natural look". I, on the other hand, am in love with the [RS bleep] bunny, [RS bleep] star, nipples that would poke my own eyes out.I had my implants placed a year ago and had them revised approx 3 months later because one wasn't dropping fast enough. My nipples are still not as high as I want them. This is my only complaint but it's a pretty big one in my eyes. My PS said he could do an office procedure to lift my nipple placement without going under anesthesia. I have never heard of this and just wondering if anyone else has???

My dr did have to do a revision but I think that falls on an individuals body. He is a bit more into the natural look and was more of a father figure in explaining that it's nice to want big boobs but he was concerned with gentlemen focusing on my chest and not me:) haha He is cute and very caring. He called me personally the day after surgery to see how I was feeling and to answer any questions.
