i got my breast implants a moths ago.275 cc high profile sillione implants were used.i am not satisfied with the size yet.according to my surgeon it was not impossible to place any bigger implants undar my skin. he placed the implants in subpectoral position.the upper part submuscle and the lower subglandur.can i have another surgery to place bigger implants? when?
