i dont think the eye twitching has anything to do with c&b at all... but stress can cause it and a deficiency in your diet
Actually lasers or any high energy device can cause nerve damage. They all produce a high amounts of energy which is transferred into the skin. Energy transfers into heat, high energy produces a lot of heat. A lot of devices -and tests have been done- were found to put out up to 20% more energy than claimed by the manufacturer. But most of the time people get damaged due to user error like bad patient selection and especially poor understanding of laser/ tissue interaction and people get damaged for live. I have investigated this subject very extensively (a dissertation that about 50 pages) and the amount of people damaged (you can find them on here) is staggering and growing every single day. Not only by 'mere' skin therapists get it wrong, also reputable dermatologists, doctors, plastic surgeons.
These devices can cause fat atrophy without a shadow of a doubt , may people suffer systemic damage and nerve damage as well. There are nerves in the dermis but also your nerve endings in the epidermis. So nerve damage can absolutely occur, especially the eyes are very vulnerable.
I had nerve damage from a laser burn. It’s been 8 months. I can still feel it, but thankfully it’s not as bad.
Sorry about the 'copy paste' errors, it's about midnight on my side of the ocean...
@Grisber I hope you have found a solution and are feeling better.
My eye was twitching very hard for several months. I have nerve damage on my face that is documented by my neurologist. I am scheduled to take an EMG for nerve and muscle damage that was caused by my laser. Alma laser (the company that makes my laser) is an awful company.

Upper lips has no volume

I know silly picture, but I can compleatly tuck in my upper lip. This is due to lip loosing volume. Remember my lips continue to shrink daily, the fat loss hasn't stopped.

I'm sorry to say that volume loss sometimes is a side effect of this procedure.
