I am a 31 year old healthy female. I underwent plastic surgery this year 3 times with a Dr. Mark Preston of 765 N. Hamilton Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230. First Surgery was 2/19/2016 he performed breast lift and removal of excess skin he advised it could be performed inside his office to cut cost on surgery center fees. Immediately during the surgery I felt lost of sharp pains he than injected more local anesthetic into my breast and continued. Immediately following my right breast was left smaller, uneven, distorted nipple and unsymmetrical to my chest wall. He than advised me I could get implants once I healed to even out this issue. 4/6/2016 I had silicone breast augmentation under the muscle 600cc under my left breast which is completely fine and 650cc under the right breast which was smaller due to his first surgery performance. Dr.Preston assured me this would resolve my uneven issues and distorted look of the breast. May 2016 I noticed my right breast implant had formed a horrible capsular contraction which means bacteria of some sort has formed a capsule causing the implant to not drop into correct pocket position and making it change in shape, size and causes pain. I discussed this with Dr.Preston he stated he needed to perform an capsulotomy which is when he goes in the same breast pocket to partially release the capsule and the implant will immediately look normal. He also suggested I would benefit from a mini bilateral tummy tuck and lipo to my thighs to give formation and definition to my shape. 7/2/2016 I scraped up several thousand dollars again to undergo now the 3rd surgery with him this year to resolve the same issue, as well as the tummy tuck performed and lipo to my thighs and adominim area. Immediately after surgery I had major issues walking I would feel really sharp pains, like pins and needles and horrible tingling sensation in my anterior thigh and lateral thigh area along the IT band. I spoke with Dr. Preston twice since than he kept telling me its normal, which I knew it was not so I went to get another opinion. My family physic who I have been under his care since 2011 states I have a condition called Meralgia Paresthetica, which is a condition characterized by tingling, numbness, and burning pain in your outer thigh, My doctor stated people who are diabetics or obese have issues like this but not a normal healthy 31 year old woman. My tummy tuck incision is uneven very unsymmetrical my doctor stated the scar tissue that has formed due to the aggressive lipo of my thigh and the uneven scar by Dr Mark Preston has caused this issue. This issue is irreversible and you take gabapentin medication permanently or undergo nerve surgery to resolve the issue. I am unable to sit for long periods of times or lay, My thigh causes so much pain its unbearable to even work. I am a massage therapist I have been on bedrest about 6 months through out this year due to these surgeries with Dr.Preston. I have to have a nerve compression test conducting next week to make sure it is absolute merolgia parasthatica but my doctor is certain. I have started taking the medication gabapentin today for pain as well. As of 12/6/2016 Dr. Preston is stating I have the same capsular contraction in the same breast and need to undergo another surgery capsultemy to remove the implant replace with new textured implant and he can not guarantee it will correct the issue. He stated he will not charge me for this but the surgery center fee and anesthetic fee are my responsibility once again. He gave me the option to undergo this surgery next week in his office under local anesthesia to the breast while I awake the whole time. He stated there is nothing he did wrong but I believe it is unfair to me this will be ny forth procedure I have pain him almost if not a little over $17000.00 in fees alone this year now again I have to be cut and worked on and take time off to not make income. I am not even sure if I would want him to rework on me considering but I can not afford to pay another surgeon I feel Dr. Preston should be held liable for these issues if not at least in all fairness refund me the money I spent with him and reimburse the money I have lost due to bedrest and multiple procedures. I need to have this breast revision done immediately it is very inflamed causing pain, veins bulging out of my breast and the inplant has shifted near my underarm so its painful to perform massages or lift anything more than 5llbs. I am unable to exercise, sleep, work, be a active mother and a normal healthy young woman due to Dr.Prestons medical malpractice results. I went to talk to two other attorneys for consultations and one looked Dr.Preston has been sued twice for medical malpractice years ago. I just would like representation I feel he is not being fair or I am being done unjust and I would just like an attorney to look at the facts of my case and discuss what other options I have before I undergo surgery with him again or try to go to someone else who I can not even afford anyway.

Dr.Preston doesn't seem to be concerned with my long term issues he just wants to always suggest another surgery and spend more money and it's causing me more pain and frustration. He is not sympathetic to my situation he has not even once apologized he just says wait it's normal or gives me medication to mask pain opposed to stop performing botched surgeries and suggesting ways to cut cost and fix my issues give me the body I paid for
